Am literally 'love struck' with this rani pink lehenga from Anita Dongre. Isn't it divine ???
What Makeup would you like to pair with this Lehenga ??? I would probably keep it the way it has been done here.Dark smokey eyes with dark reddish-pink lips .. quite out of the box ,when it comes to bridal makeup... no? Or else , I might go with dull gold cream eyeshadow , to accentuate the gold detailing, winged liner , peach blush and peachy pink lips.

I would love to do a nude goldenish eye with cat eyeliner with matte margenta pink lips. And slightly bronzed cheeks
ReplyDeleteI would prefer thickly lined winged eyes-falsies, beige gold highlighter on the browbone..lipstick in a color similar to that of outfit,peachy golden blush..
ReplyDeleteminimum eye makeup with a pink and gold do perhaps. And lots of mascara and probably light fake lashes and a bright carmine pair of lips. slight blush on the cheek and lots of highlighter to make sure the cheekbones stand out.

ReplyDeleteI <3 this attire too...for a bride, I think overtly smokey would not look good, especially the kind done here. What I would like instead is a golden smokey eye, false lashes, lots of mascara, eyeliner etc. For the lips I would like to give them a nude look with pink undertone and a pinkish gloss. On the cheeks I would keep them bronzed. :)

Awww this lehenga is too die for!! Love the color..so pretty :) And I can totally get why you are considering 'the smoky eyes'..they look so contemporary no..but I would suggest don't go for the dramatic look like above (but what the hell..it's your big day there's no harm in getting those diva eyes :D).. you can try peachy pink smokey eye for a softer look and peach lips would look absolutely gorgeous with this lehenga. With a subtle peach blush do apply a lil bronzer to get high cheeknones :))
ReplyDeleteWear an emerald stones jewellery set with this and use gold, brown n champagne pink eyeshadows with a emerald green eyeliner to on the lower lashline to create a smokey eye. the lipstick for the day could be a light pink and for the night a more bright one.
