Faces Long Wear Eye Pencil- Metal Brown & Purple: Review,Swatches

I have already done a detailed review on Faces Long wear eye pencil Turquoise Blue , which is a gorgeous shade of blue . So, in this post I will be doing a brief review on Shades- Metallic brown & Purple.

What Faces Canada says about Long wear eye pencils-

What I Like about Faces Long wear eye pencils-

• Metal Brown-Its a gorgeous brown with lil bit of golden shimmer. Can be worn both in day and night.
• Purple- Its a deep n vibrant purplle. If you have used colorbar i-glide in prunella, faces purple is darker than it
• Turquoise blue- Reviewed HERE
• Texture is super creamy and it glides like a dream on your eyes- no tugging or pulling.no harsh lines
• Water proof
• Smudge Proof (if you want a soft look you have to activate your ninja mode and smudge it very fast as it sets within just 10secs)
• Pigmentation is very good.
• Stays long ..atleast 4-5 hrs 
• Comes of nicely with a good eye makeup remover
• Color is denoted in the pencil and cap,so you can easily get hold of it from your cluttered stash
• It's travel friendly as the cap is good and doesn't slip/come out easily
• No irritation in eyes( I haven't used it in waterlines.I use colored pencils for lashlines only)
• All shades from the longwear range are absolutely gorgeous. 
• easily available at faces canada counters and online shopping sites

What I don't Like about faces Longwear eye pencil turquoise blue-

• Being soft and creamy this tends to break easily during sharpening,resulting in wastage of products
• I don't think colored eye pencils should be used on waterlines (I don't use these )

for some reason, the swatch looks more blue :(..but its deep purple..trust me !

My Rating- Both shades - 4.5/5 (-0.5 for being breakage prone on sharpening !)

Final Verdict- Faces Long wear eye pencils have some gorgeous colors and affordable..even cheaper than colorbar I glide ones ! So, if you don't mind the sharpening part..grab them !
