Colorbar Velvet Matte Lipstick Bare- Review,swatch,LOTD

Hello Everyone,
Today, I am here to review Colorbar Velvet Matte lipstick in Bare.

This is my second Velvet Matt Lipstick from Colorbar as I have lost the first one which was peach Tango. I decided to buy this one as I have read so many good reviews about it. I have been wearing this a lot since I bought it, alternately with my lakme one in the shade 651 Barely there.
You might have read so many times about this shade from colobar but since each one of us has a different point of view so, I decided to review it.



Price- 225 INR or less on some online shopping sites.


Quantity- 4.3 gms


Packaging- Silver cylindrical packaging with the transparent cap and the color inside is shown at the end as well so as to identify the shade easily and with the label underneath that says “Bare”


My experience- After reading so many good reviews about the colorbar lipstick in bare. I finally bought it. This is my second from their range of velvet matte. It’s a nice peachy brown shade to look at but when I applied it I can see that it has a nice rosy pink undertones as well which I absolutely loovve. This has become my favorite nude lipstick these days. 


Here is the swatch- 

Pros -
• Packaging is nice and has a secure cap.
• Quantity and price is reasonable. 
• Nice rosy peachy brownish color that I was searching for a long time.can be considered as MLBB shade for some
• Color pay off is good and has a more than medium coverage.
• It lasts for about 3-4 hours on my lips which is good and can survive a light meal as well .
• It will suit almost every skin color and type. 
• The color shown at the bottom helps to locate it easily. When in a hurry or you need to touch up.

Cons
• Unfortunately it dries out my lips after sometime which I don’t mind for such a lovely color that it gives to my lips.
• It is transferrable and leaves stains even after removing with a makeup remover or cleansing milk.


I can’t think of any other cons.


My take- Its such a lovely nude peachy pink color that I guess will look pretty on a wide range of complexions. Price being reasonable for the quality and the quantity given. The color might look a bit different depending on the natural lip color but I am sure I will not wash you out. And will look pretty. Color can be built as per the personal preference and can cover lip pigmentation. 
So, I would say those of you who are looking for a nude shade but have not tried it please go head.
